Always pleasant staff, very good communication, fab location. Magical room, reasonably priced, had a luxurious bathroom. We had bread and pastries for breakfast and it was good. Reasonably clean and memorable hotel in West End district. Such an efficient service too.

everything was fab as always. the hotel was impeccable, with unfailingly polite stuff. relatively quiet location close to denman street. the beach nearby was secluded and the view was remarkable.

I appreciated this hotel, it was impressive! Epic view, a pleasant balcony, cozy bed, too. Everything was spotless as expected, however the bathroom was poorly ventilated. It was walking distance to Verifood, where you can have lunch.

Breakfast is incredible, staff lovely, location handy. The units are absolutely perfect, immaculate. Perfect views and nice garden. I would love to return, overall it was a unique place to stay.
